O~3 Entertainment

O~3 Entertainment ("On Our Own" Entertainment) was launched in April, 2004 by President and CEO Bill Gardner, along with fellow Capcom veterans Chris Jelinek (Vice President of Sales and Marketing) and Hanako Watanabe (Chief Financial Officer).

A mission of the publishing and distribution company is to deliver to market quality games from small- and mid-sized independent developers. True to that vision, the company's first hit release was Alien Hominid, a full-featured console title based on a free online flash game that had developed significant grassroots popularity.

Near the end of June, 2005, it was announced that Gardner had left the company to lead the North American publishing operations of the recently merged SCi/Eidos, and that Jelinek had been promoted to replace him as President of O~3 Entertainment.
